I'm a seasoned Global Omni Channel Manager with 10+ years experience building and nurturing C level relationships, driving cross domain retail & eCommerce & Customer Experience programs across the world.
Leading ideation, design and implementation of Omnichannel solution strategy.
My personal goal is to give customers the most compelling shopping experience possible.
In my experience customers don’t know what they want until they experience it. The importance of an amazing seamless hassle free shopping experience is highly underestimated. I am passionate about analyzing the interaction touch points and journeys with customers and creating a strategy for improvement.

Omnichannel is viewing the experience through the eyes of your customer, orchestrating the customer experience across all channels so that it is seamless, integrated, and consistent. Omnichannel anticipates that customers may start in one channel and move to another as they progress to a resolution. Making these complex ‘hand-offs’ between channels must be fluid for the customer. Simply put, Omnichannel is Multichannel done right!
It gives me satisfaction to use my customer contact experience and already existing insights to develop a strategic plan for Omnichannel eCommerce using all channels available. As a result, the customer will feel valued and will spend more money with the company.
